Guía práctica sobre dermatitis atópica
Abstract
La dermatitis atópica es una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica, recidivante, prurítica
caracterizada por piel seca, prurito intenso e historia familiar o personal de atopía.
La mayoría de estos pacientes tienen antecedentes familiares de asma o rinitis alérgica. La
piel es vital, distinta y compleja. Estos adjetivos describen el órgano más grande, más fino y
uno de los más importantes del cuerpo, desempeñando una función fundamental, la de
protegernos del medio interno y el medio externo.
Con el presente proyecto educativo se pretende describir la anatomofisiología de la
piel, las principales características de la enfermedad, las implicaciones que conllevan, el
diagnostico y posibles tratamientos de la enfermedad.
Se hará hincapié en las recomendaciones así como en las implicaciones y consejos para
todas aquellas familias que no puedan acceder fácilmente a sus tratamientos y además de
contribuir para aumentar sus conocimientos sobre la patología. Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory disease, recurrent, pruritic characterized by dry
skin, intense itching and family or personal history of atopy.
Most of these patients have a family history of asthma or allergic rhinitis. The skin is vital,
distinct and complex. These adjectives describe the largest, finest and one of the most
important organ in the body. Recovering a fundamental function, her of protecting ourselves
from the internal way and the external way.
With the present educational project one tries to describe the anatomophysiology of
the skin, the major characteristics of the disease, the implications that they carry, the
diagnosis and possible treatments of the disease.
It will be emphasize in the recommendations as well as in the implications and advices for all
those families that they could not accede easily to his treatments and beside contributing to
increase his knowledge on the pathology.
