Abstract

La búsqueda de empleo siempre ha sido un problema, aún así, con la tecnología hemos conseguido facilitar esta actividad. Sin embargo, hay en sectores en los que no se ha cambiado en absoluto.

Hoy en día hay una gran moda en relación al ecosistema de las startups, tanto en el incremento de creación de startups como con la magnitud de las inversiones de Venture capitals y otras entidades financieras de su ecosistema.

Sin embargo, no hay una plataforma que una a las startups y a la búsqueda de empleo, y por ello nace Start to Work. Start to Work es una plataforma que pone en contacto a startups con estudiantes universitarios que quieren tener una experiencia profesional en una startup. Al no tener visibilidad en las plataformas de búsqueda de empleo convencionales, Start to Work ofrece a las startups una plataforma en la que aumenten su visibilidad y, como consecuencia, atraigan talento joven, con ganas de formar parte de su proyecto.

Start to Work es un proyecto que requiere poca inversión inicial y que, al ser pioneros en España, no tendrá competencia en el corto y en el medio plazo por lo que conseguirá una posición ventajosa en sus comienzos.

Today, there is a growing trend in the startup ecosystem, both in the growing number of startups created every year, and in the volume of money invested by Venture capitals and other financial entities of this environment.

However, there is not one platform that connects startups with job searching, this is why Start to Work was created. Start to Work is an online platform that connects startups with university students who want to have a professional experience in a startup. Because startups do not have visibility in regular job searching platforms, Start to Work offers them a platform just for startups where they will increase their visibility and, as a result, attract young talent with a strong desire of being part of their project.

Start to Work is a project that does not need a big initial investment and, thanks to the first mover advantage in Spain, will not have competition in the short and medium term so it will have time to gain a leading position in the market.
