Abstract

Este TFG tiene como objetivo principal la elaboración del modelo de negocio de la start-up OHMYWASTE (OMW), como también los siguientes:

1. Identificar los problemas a los que se enfrenta la población por el excesivo consumismo de ropa

2. Identificar la solución que plantea OMW al problema de la masiva contaminación de la industria textil

3. Establecer un análisis estratégico que permita una efectiva implantación de OMW en el mercado: - Elaborar un análisis externo del entorno en el que se encontrará OMW - Elaborar un análisis interno

4. Analizar los elementos esenciales del Business Model Canvas

5. Cumplir con los Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible.

This End of Degree Project´s objective is to elaborate the Business Model of OHMYWASTE (OMW) start-up as well as the following:

1. Identify the problems that we face due to consumism in the textile industry

2. Identify the solution that OMW seeks to face the problem of pollution in the textile industry

3. Stablish a strategic analysis that allows an effective implantation of OMW in the market: - Develop an external analysis of the environment in which OMW will find itself - Develop an internal analysis

4. Analyze the essential elements of the Business Model Canvas

5. Accomplish the United Nations´ Sustanible Development Objectives
