ABODAR LA INCLUSIÓN SOCIOLABORAL JUVENIL DE FORMA EFICIENTE

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es averiguar si existen una serie de claves para abordar el problema de la exclusión sociolaboral juvenil de manera eficiente, desde los programas desarrollados por organizaciones y fundaciones. El desempleo juvenil supone un problema en la mayoría de los países desarrollados, y esto suele estar relacionado con el riesgo de exclusión. Por ello, resulta relevante investigar una manera eficiente de abordar este problema. Esta investigación se basa en dos pilares, por un lado, un análisis de estudios ya publicados y, por otro, un análisis de programas exitosos. Dado que el problema es altamente complejo, las pautas encontradas han de adaptarse a cada caso y no aseguran el éxito de un programa de inserción sociolaboral. Sin embargo, hay cuestiones que pueden tener un gran impacto en el desarrollo de un programa y es muy importante tenerlas en cuenta.

The objective of this paper is to find out patterns that organizations and foundations can follow to overcome, through programs, the problem of social and labor youth exclusion efficiently. Youth unemployment has become an issue in most of the developed world, and the lack of work is normally related with the risk of exclusion. Due to this, an investigation in how to overcome this problem efficiently has a great relevance. This investigation is divided in two parts. The first part is focused on the analysis of relevant papers about the topic and the second part consists of an analysis of different successful programs. As the problem investigated is highly complicated and abstract, the patterns that have been found do not ensure the success of the program, and they need to be adapted into each one of them. However, there are some factors that can have a major impact if implemented on a program, so it is very important to take them into consideration.
