Retos en la gestión de la cadena de suministro

Abstract

En esta tesis se analizan los factores determinantes del transporte de última milla de productos alimentarios para comprender las tendencias de la sección final de la cadena de suministro y las barreras para los mercados de Retail alimentario y de suministro HORECA. Asimismo, se examinan ambos sectores antes y después de la crisis del coronavirus para identificar las tendencias dominantes, barreras y cambios a raíz del virus. Finalmente se presenta la solución Adiapack para aprovechar las tendencias del mercado y ofrecer un producto innovador que puede aportar beneficios para la cadena de suministro.

The thesis analyses the drivers of last-mile logistics of food commodities to understand the trends in the final section of the supply chain and the barriers for the food retail and HORECA supply markets. It also examines both sectors before and after the coronavirus crisis to identify dominant trends, barriers and changes in the aftermath of the virus. Finally, the Adiapack case study is presented as a possible solution to take advantage of the market trends and offer an innovative product that can bring benefits to the supply chain.
