dc.description.abstract | La pandemia mundial del COVID-19 ha acelerado la transformación de las organizaciones hacia un entorno digital. En este proyecto se realiza un plan de internacionalización para una marca de moda nativa digital: Blue Banana Brand, S.L. Esta empresa se dedica a la venta de artículos de ropa enfocados a consumidores aventureros y amantes del deporte, en concreto el surf, skate y ski. En este trabajo de investigación, se analizará primeramente el sector textil y el formato digital para poner en contexto el entorno en el que ha operado Blue Banana Brand, S.L desde su fundación. Además, se hará un estudio exhaustivo de la empresa, desarrollando aspectos como su público objetivo, competidores, producto y misión. Tras este análisis se justificará si la firma está preparada para emprender el camino a la internacionalización. Tras analizar los aspectos mencionados respecto a Blue Banana Brand, S.L, se procederá a explicar en la segunda parte del proyecto, varios planes de marketing introducidos por instituciones y autores influyentes en el mundo del marketing internacional. Posteriormente, se escogerá el que se considere óptimo para Blue Banana según sus características y se adaptará a ella. Con ello, se concluirá que Francia es el país más apto para iniciar la internacionalización y que se seguirá el modelo de Plan de Marketing Internacional desarrollado por Llamazares y Nieto. Se justificará el motivo por el cual Francia es considerado el mejor país para que esta empresa introduzca sus productos en este nuevo mercado, incluyendo una explicación de cómo se deben introducir los elementos del marketing mix. | es-ES |
dc.description.abstract | The global pandemic of COVID-19 has accelerated the transformation of organizations towards a digital environment. In this project, an internationalization strategy is carried out for a digital native fashion brand: Blue Banana Brand, S.L. This company focuses on the sale of clothing items that aims for adventurous consumers and sports lovers, particularly surf, skate and ski. In this research work, we will first analyze the textile sector and the digital format to put into context the environment in which Blue Banana Brand, S.L. has operated since its foundation. In addition, an exhaustive study of the company will be made, developing aspects such as its target audience, competitors, product and mission. After this analysis, it will be justified whether the company is ready to start expanding internationally. After analyzing the aforementioned aspects of Blue Banana Brand, S.L., we will proceed to develop in the second part of the project, three marketing plans introduced by influential institutions and authors in the world of international marketing. Subsequently, the one considered most optimal for Blue Banana according to its characteristics will be chosen and it will be developed with some adaptations in order to best fit the company chosen: Blue Banana Brand, S.L. With this, it will be concluded that France is the most suitable country to start internationalization and the International Marketing Plan model developed by Llamazares and Nieto will be followed for this matter. The reasons for which France is considered the most optimal country for internationalization will be explained and justified in the project, including an explanation of how to introduce the elements of marketing mix. | en-GB |
