La falta de conductores profesionales en las PYMES de transporte de mercancías por carretera en el ámbito nacional

Abstract

El transporte y la logística siempre han sido importantes, pero en los últimos años está cobrando mayor relevancia aun, en el mundo tan globalizado en el vivimos actualmente, gran cantidad de portes de mercancías se hacen necesarios. Y gran parte de estos, sobre todo en el ámbito nacional se realizan mediante el transporte por carretera. Para satisfacer esta creciente demanda de servicios de transporte, se requiere de una gran masa de conductores profesionales, que puedan realizar dichos portes, pero el problema radica en que los existentes no son suficientes.

En este trabajo de investigación, se va a estudiar cuales con las principales causas de que no se consiga satisfacer esta demanda de conductores profesionales, además de investigar que soluciones se están planteando en la actualidad por los diferentes interesados y como pueden afectar al sector. También se mencionará como a afectado la situación vivida en la pandemia mundial del covid-19 a la problemática.

Transport and logistics have always been important, but in recent years it is becoming even more relevant, in the globalized world in which we live today, a large amount of freight of goods are necessary. And a large part of these, especially at the national level, are carried out by road transport. In order to satisfy this growing demand for transport services, a large number of professional drivers are required to carry out these transports, but the problem is that there are not enough of them.

In this research work, we will study which are the main causes of not being able to meet this demand for professional drivers, as well as investigate what solutions are currently being proposed by the different stakeholders and how they can affect the sector. It will also be mentioned how the situation experienced in the global pandemic of covid-19 has affected the problem.
