The health crisis caused by the Coronavirus, and the consequent implementation of teleworking as a tool to promote the continuation of work performance, has had an impact, with positive and negative aspects, on the organizational climate and the well-being of the worker. By means of quantitative techniques, and after a conceptual analysis of the effects, it has been possible to observe the impact of telework on the well-being of the worker, in the organizational climate and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), thus being able to answer the question: How are these factors affected, before the emergence of telework?
