dc.description.abstractIntroducción:'Son conocidos los ejemplos de Bélgica y Holanda como promotores de la eutanasia, disfrutando ambos de los primeros puestos en la aplicación de los cuidados paliativos (CP). Por el interés en conocer la relación y convivencia de ambas prácticas se realiza esta revisión sistemática, dando respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Cuál es la evolución en Bélgica y Holanda de la eutanasia y los cuidados paliativos?. Métodos: Búsqueda bibliográfica en PubMed, Scielo, Dialnet, EBSCO, Medline y Epistemonikos. Criterio lingüístico: castellano, francés e inglés. Criterio temporal: fecha de publicación entre el 2002 y 2020. Criterio geográfico: Bélgica y Holanda. Criterio de calidad: plantillas CASPe. Resultados:'La unidad de análisis engloba un total de 21 revisiones, de ellas 7 son revisiones sistemáticas, 4 estudios observacionales, 2 estudios cualitativos, un estudio experimental, un estudio comparativo, un estudio transversal, dos libros, un documento legislativo y un comunicado oficial. Obteniendo un total de 34 referencias. Conclusiones:'Bélgica ha modificado la ley y supone un caso especial. Tanto Bélgica como Holanda registran un aumento de los casos de eutanasia y ciertas irregularidades.es_ES
dc.description.abstractAbstract:'The examples of Belgium and the Netherlands are known as developers of euthanasia, both enjoying the first positions in the application of palliative care (PC). Due to the interest in knowing the relationship and coexistence of both practices, this systematic review is answering the question: What is the evolution in Belgium and the Netherlands of euthanasia and palliative care?.' Methods:' Bibliographic search in PubMed, Scielo, Dialnet, EBSCO, Medline and Epistemonikos. Linguistic criteria: Spanish, French and English. Temporal criteria: publication date between 2002 and 2020. Geographical criterion: Belgium and the Netherlands. Quality criterion: CASPe checklist. Results:'The analysis unit generated consists of 21 reviews, of which 7 are systematic reviews, 4 observational studies, 2 qualitative studies, an experimental study, a comparative study, a crossCsectional study, two books, a legislative document and an official statement. Obtaining a total of 34 references.' Conclusions:'Belgium has changed the law and is a special case. Both Belgium and the Netherlands are experiencing an increase in euthanasia cases and certain irregularities.es_ES
