ANÁLISIS DE LA RENTA AGRARIA EN ESPAÑA: SU INFLUENCIA EN LA DESPOBLACIÓN RURAL

Abstract

Los agricultores españoles han experimentado dificultades para mantener su poder adquisitivo durante las últimas décadas. Paralelamente, con el progreso de la mecanización agrícola, la despoblación rural ha ido aumentando, hecho que se analizará a través de un estudio teórico-descriptivo. Asimismo, desde su creación, la Política Agraria Común (PAC) ha tenido que adaptarse a los nuevos desafíos que se han ido presentando con el tiempo, introduciendo novedosos instrumentos y reformas, por lo que se va a realizar una investigación exploratoria para conocer la eficacia de los fondos recibidos desde la reforma de 1992, así como la influencia de los costes de los insumos agrícolas en la pérdida del poder adquisitivo de los agricultores. Por último, se valorará si las medidas implementadas por el Gobierno han conseguido corregir otros problemas históricos relativos al mundo rural, como la despoblación o la carencia de unos servicios básicos.

Spanish farmers have experienced difficulties in maintaining their purchasing power during the last decades. With the progress of agricultural mechanization, rural depopulation has been increasing, a fact that will be analyzed through a theoretical-descriptive study. Likewise, since its creation, the Common Agrarian Policy (CAP) has had to adapt to the new challenges that have arisen over time, introducing new instruments and reforms, for which reason an exploratory investigation is going to be carried out to find out the effectiveness of funds received since the 1992 reform, as well as the influence of the costs of agricultural inputs on the loss of purchasing power of farmers. Finally, it will be assessed whether the measures implemented by the Government have managed to correct other historical problems related to the rural world, such as depopulation or the lack of basic services.
