| dc.description.abstract | El artículo analiza el uso del ePortfolio como herramienta en el proceso de reclutamiento en Polonia y España. Define el ePortfolio como una colección digital de evidencias que reflejan competencias y logros. Se destaca su creciente interés en el mundo empresarial y educativo, permitiendo a los candidatos mostrar habilidades de manera más rica que un currículum tradicional. Un estudio con 56 directores de escuelas privadas en ambos países reveló que la mayoría consideraría el ePortfolio útil en la contratación. Se concluye que, aunque no reemplaza a otros métodos de selección, complementa el proceso ofreciendo información más detallada. | es-ES |
