Estudio de ahorro energético y climatización de una casa en el entorno rural del Parque Nacional de Cabañeros

Abstract

El proyecto "Estudio de Ahorro Energético y Climatización de una Casa en el Entorno Rural del Parque Nacional de Cabañeros" se centró en encontrar y dimensionar las tecnologías más eficientes para la climatización y el suministro energético de una vivienda aislada, sin conexión a la red eléctrica. La vivienda se encuentra en un entorno natural donde la autosuficiencia energética es esencial. El proyecto comenzó con un análisis detallado de los consumos energéticos de la vivienda, seguido por el cálculo de las cargas térmicas necesarias para asegurar el confort durante todo el año. Se evaluaron tres tecnologías principales de climatización: geotermia, aerotermia y calderas de pellets, con el objetivo de determinar cuál ofrecía la mayor eficiencia energética y el menor costo nivelado de calor (LCOH). Además, se dimensionó un sistema fotovoltaico para garantizar la autosuficiencia eléctrica de la vivienda, aprovechando la alta radiación solar de la región. Tras comparar las diferentes opciones, se determinó que la aerotermia, combinada con un sistema fotovoltaico adecuado, era la tecnología más eficiente y sostenible, tanto en términos de consumo energético como de costo operativo. El proyecto no solo logró cumplir con los objetivos técnicos y económicos propuestos, sino que también demostró la viabilidad de un modelo de vivienda autosuficiente y respetuosa con el medio ambiente. Esta solución no solo garantiza el confort de los habitantes, sino que también contribuye significativamente a la reducción del impacto ambiental y a la mitigación del cambio climático, alineándose con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.

El proyecto no solo logró cumplir con los objetivos técnicos y económicos propuestos, sino que también demostró la viabilidad de un modelo de vivienda autosuficiente y respetuosa con el medio ambiente. Esta solución no solo garantiza el confort de los habitantes, sino que también contribuye significativamente a la reducción del impacto ambiental y a la mitigación del cambio climático, alineándose con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.The project “Study of Energy Saving and Air Conditioning of a House in the Rural Environment of the Cabañeros National Park” focused on finding and sizing the most efficient technologies for air conditioning and energy supply of an isolated house, without connection to the electricity grid. The house is located in a natural environment where energy self-sufficiency is essential. The project started with a detailed analysis of the energy consumption of the house, followed by the calculation of the thermal loads required to ensure year-round comfort. Three main air conditioning technologies were evaluated: geothermal, aerothermal and pellet boilers, in order to determine which offered the highest energy efficiency and the lowest levelized cost of heat (LCOH). In addition, a photovoltaic system was dimensioned to guarantee the electrical self-sufficiency of the house, taking advantage of the high solar radiation of the region. After comparing the different options, it was determined that aerothermal, combined with an appropriate photovoltaic system, was the most efficient and sustainable technology, both in terms of energy consumption and operating cost. The project not only achieved the proposed technical and economic objectives, but also demonstrated the feasibility of a self-sufficient and environmentally friendly housing model. This solution not only ensures the comfort of the inhabitants, but also contributes significantly to reducing environmental impact and mitigating climate change, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
