Realidades y retos de la Constitución de 1978

Abstract

Se trata de analizar las cuestiones a las que tendrá que enfrentarse necesariamente nuestro sistema constitucional. Por supuesto a una necesaria reforma del texto de la Constitución y especialmente la solución a dos temas principales, irresueltos: el cierre de nuestra organización territorial y la consolidación, desde un plano constitucional, del Derecho comunitario en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico interno.

It is a question of analyzing the issues that our constitutional system will have to face. Of course, a necessary reform of the text of the Constitution and especially the solution to two main issues, unresolved: the closure of our territorial organization and the consolidation, from a constitutional level, of Community law in our domestic legal system.
