Abstract
The advantages that the e-commerce offers have modified the consumer’s off-line shopping expectations. Off-line retailers have been forced to evolve and adapt to a new customer with higher demands due to not only a new generation of consumers, but also more digitalized and with higher expectations. The current consumer is omnichannel and requires digital experiences along their customer journey. For this reason, fashion retailers are developing innovative technologies in order to offer a frictionless and experiential customer experience.
