Plan de negocio de una start-up innovadora
Abstract
The digital revolution in the banking sector is progressing very rapidly due to COVID-19, where new players, like big technological companies, are gaining greater importance. The traditional banks can adapt to this new scenario by collaborating with the fintech industry.
Furthermore, young people do not have enough savings to meet all needs that might hold travels, education, technology, housing, etc. They fail in achieving financially emancipation until they consolidate in the labor market. In addition, there are a lack of knowledge between youngsters in the investment field.
In view of this situation, a group of five students of the Pontifical Comillas University (ICADE) participated in the eighth edition of Comillas Emprende. The students, together with a mentor specialized in fintech have designed a start-up of financial technology called INVERTING. The value proposition emerges from combining saving and investment methods with financial literacy.
The following paper pursue the elaboration of the business plan of INVERTING. It is organized in three parts. The first one analyzes the world of fintech and the financial trends of the young Spaniards. The second one develops in detail the Business Model Canvas of INVERTING and the functions of its app. The third one study the economic and market viability of this fintech.
