El envejecimiento de la población ha sido poco tratado por la investigación académica. Se suele valorar la insostenibilidad económica del estado de bienestar ante este reto. Sin embargo, ¿cómo lo están afrontando las empresas? ¿Pueden ver en él no sólo problemas sino un buen número de oportunidades?
