Resumen
Organizational spirituality offers a nuanced approach to navigating the complexities of the evolving organizational landscape and a pathway to achieving positive outcomes. Central to this realm is spiritual practices, particularly emphasizing spiritual discernment, which is closely linked to decision-making, a critical aspect of organizational functioning. However, there is a need to identify the workforce conditions that enable the integration of spiritual discernment into organizations. This paper presents a conceptual framework to integrate spiritual discernment within organizational spirituality, focusing on the enabling conditions. We identify previous enabling conditions and add new ones: practical wisdom and two character strengths -appreciation of beauty and excellence and social intelligence-. This addition allows for a more profound exploration into the essence of spiritual discernment, deeply rooted in individuals' intrinsic nature, experiences, and psychological and emotional aspects.
