dc.description.abstractThe research work addresses above all teleworking within a private sector company, called NRSUR, a specialist in restaurant franchises, as well as the new role that teleworking plays within it and the opinions of employees about teleworking and their perceptions of satisfaction or denial of this new way of working. The method used has been the survey as the main technique of the study, adding small interviews to different employees at random.es_ES
